Shamsher Impex the illustrious manufacturers and exporters of leathergoods,
specialized in motorcycle garments, leather gloves, sports ware of matchless
quality. Shamsher Impex started its career in 1989. A few year after its
establishment, it evolved as name of success by cutting out roads of perfection
and excellence in the field of leather ware.
Shamsher Imoex has gained a tremendous success in motorcycle garments
and leather jackets by exploring technical functional solutions which make
their garments unique of their kind and in their structure. The astounding quality

All raw materials quality is checked after purchase and approved quality
materials are stocked in material store. Failed materials are sent back to
vendors. Printing quality is checked carefully before to start stitching. During
the stitching process supervisors and their helpers are responsible to maintain
quality. After stitching there is a three step checking system before final
inspection:
lst step: Every garments/gloves piece quality is checked by first checkers right
after stitching completion of a piece. Approved pcs are sent to next step.
2nd Step: Threads cutting, pencil marks removing and finishing is done in
second step. During the finishing process every piece is checked again
carefully and defective pcs are sent back for improvement.
3rd Step: Final checkers carefully inspect quality and remove any weakness if
they find before to approve production for final inspection.
Final Inspection: Final inspectors randomly inspect 30—40% part of every
shipment to make sure quality standard. Packing approval is given to qualified
production.
